UMCR Dance
“Celebrate and Serve our Lord and Savior through Dance and Praise”
The UMCR Liturgical Dance team consists of fifteen dedicated members of
various ages and backgrounds. They promote an atmosphere of worship and
praise by interpreting God’s Word through creative and expressive body
movements.
This group was formed in 2009 under the leadership of choreographer, Denise
Fortune and director, Gregory Fortune. They regularly add a blessing to the
worship service . They have also taken their ministry outside of the church
doors and into the community of the Prince George’s County region (Publick
Playhouse’s “Praise” production).

love and joy for our Lord and Savior through dance!
